Bonita Rewards Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of guests in the Bonita Rewards loyalty program of Playa Bonita Resort. By joining the program, you agree to the following provisions:

1. Program Enrollment
   • Membership in Bonita Rewards is free of charge.
   • To begin enjoying the benefits, guests must provide explicit consent to join the program through one of the following methods:
     • Signing the physical acceptance form at Playa Bonita Resort facilities (primary and official method).
     • Sending an email to the hotel’s official reservations address.
     • Using authorized electronic messaging services (e.g., the hotel’s official WhatsApp.
     • Completing our electronic consent form with an acceptance checkbox.
   • All of these methods will be considered valid proof of the guest’s intent to join the program.
   • Benefits are only counted and applied to stays in which the membership holder is lodged and registered as the primary guest.
   • Membership is personal and non-transferable.
2. Night Accumulation
   • Only nights reserved and paid directly with Playa Bonita Resort (by phone, email, or at reception) will be counted.
   • Nights booked through online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking, Expedia, or other third-party agencies, as well as courtesy stays or exchanges, are not eligible.
   • The count of nights is done per calendar year (January 1 to December 31).
   • Consecutive nights in the same room under the same guest will be considered as a single stay for additional benefits purposes.
3. Levels and Validity
   • The program levels are: Bonita Member, Bonita Bronze, Bonita Silver, and Bonita Gold.
   • The level achieved in a given year will remain valid until December 31 of that year.
   • On January 1, the night count resets to determine the level for the next period.
4. General Benefits
   • Benefits at each level are subject to availability at check-in.
   • Early Check-in and Late Check-out apply only within the schedules established by the hotel and depending on occupancy.
   • Optional benefits: the guest may select one optional benefit per stay when making the reservation (by phone or email).
   • Optional benefits are limited to one per stay, regardless of the duration or the number of rooms reserved.
   • Benefits apply only to the room occupied by the member and do not extend to other rooms reserved under the same name or group; however, nights resulting from two (2) or more room reservations may be added to the annual night count of the Bonita Rewards member.
   • Exclusive discounts apply only to the regular rate published on the hotel’s official website and cannot be combined with other promotions or packages.
   • Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Benefits by Level
   • Bonita Socio (0–4 nights per year)
     • Base benefits: Early Check-in (subject to availability), Late Check-out until 2:00 pm (subject to availability).
     • Optional benefits: Not applicable.
   • Bonita Bronce (5–8 nights per year)
     • Base benefits: Early Check-in (subject to availability), Late Check-out until 2:00 pm, 5% discount on standard rate (not applicable with promotions).
     • Optional benefits (choose one per stay):
       • 5% discount on standard rate (not applicable with promotions).
       • Complimentary welcome drink per person at check-in.
   • Bonita Plata (9–12 nights per year)
     • Base benefits: Early Check-in (subject to availability), Late Check-out until 2:00 pm, 5% discount on standard rate (not applicable with promotions).
     • Optional benefits (choose one per stay):
       • Complimentary welcome drink per person at check-in.
       • Bottle of sparkling wine in the room.
       • Priority check-in.
     • Bonita Oro (13+ nights per year)
       • Base benefits: Early Check-in (subject to availability), Late Check-out until 2:00 pm, 5% discount on standard rate (not applicable with promotions).
       • Optional benefits (choose one per stay):
         • Complimentary welcome drink per person at check-in.
         • Bottle of sparkling wine and amenities in the room.
         • Priority check-in and check-out..
         • Room selection (subject to availability).
6. Restrictions
   • Bonita Rewards benefits are personal and may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash
   • Playa Bonita Resort reserves the right to allow or restrict membership based on the guest’s behavior prior to the program’s effective date or during membership.
   • Transfer or accumulation of nights between different guests is not allowed.
   • Splitting consecutive reservations to accumulate additional benefits for the same stay is not allowed.
   • The hotel reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend membership in case of misuse of the program.
7. Program Modifications
   • Playa Bonita Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel at any time the Terms and Conditions, benefits, and/or levels of the Bonita Rewards program.
   • In case of modifications, changes will be communicated through the hotel’s official channels.
8. Acceptance.
   • By signing the physical form, or by providing consent via email, authorized electronic messaging, or by completing our electronic consent form, and by using the benefits of Bonita Rewards, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
