Cancellation Policies
Cancellation, date changes and no show policy
- Cancellations or date changes must be requested in writing via email to reservaciones@playabonitaresort.com at least 7 days before arrival.
- If this notice is not given, the cost of the first night will be charged, and the remaining balance may be issued as a Credit Note for a future stay.
- No-Shows will be charged the full stay amount.
Groups and events cancellation policy
- Written notice is required at least 15 days prior to arrival for any cancellations or changes.
- If this notice is not met, or in the case of a No-Show, 100% of the reserved stay will be charged and no refunds will be made on payments already made.
Guest Requirements
Identification requirement
Our room sale policy is only for individuals over 21 years old; a valid photo ID is required at check-in. This can be a driver's license and/or passport.
No smoking and no drug use
No smoking, 100% tobacco smoke-free area, and no use of any type of drugs.
In case of non-compliance with the law on the premises, the appropriate authorities will be notified.

Open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Lukeville entry port hours
- Monday to Saturday: 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Sundays: 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Pet Policy
Pets in designated rooms
At Playa Bonita Resort, we welcome pets in designated rooms, limited to one pet per room with a maximum weight of 30 lbs (15 kg). A regular fee of $70 USD per stay applies, including taxes.
Guests must present a valid vaccination certificate at check-in, and for service animals, official documentation is required. Pets must always be supervised, wear a leash, and use a muzzle if necessary.
Pets are not allowed in areas such as the pool, lobby, or restaurant. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages caused. For more details, please refer to our policies at the front desk.
