What do I need to check in?

To check in, all guests must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, as well as your vehicle license plate number. This helps us make sure everything is ready to give you the best experience from the moment you arrive.

Can I smoke or consume substances on the property?

To ensure everyone’s comfort and well-being, Playa Bonita Resort is a 100% smoke-free property, including tobacco and any type of substances. If this policy is not respected, we may contact the appropriate authorities and ask the guest to leave the property.

What are the pool and jacuzzi hours?

Our pools and jacuzzis are available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., so you can enjoy them peacefully and without worries.

What are the Lukeville border crossing hours?

Typical hours for the Lukeville border crossing are:

Monday to Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sundays: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Please note that these hours are set by U.S. authorities. If for any reason you are unable to cross on time, we kindly ask that you notify us so we can help prevent your reservation from being marked as a No Show. Standard cancellation policies apply.

How many guests can stay per room?

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay, each room type has a maximum occupancy:

SGL: Up to 2 guests
DBL Standard: Up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children ages 11 or under)
DBL Deluxe: Up to 5 guests (2 adults and 2 children ages 11 or under)
Junior Suite: Up to 2 guests
Accessible Room: Up to 2 adults and 3 children ages 11 or under
Honeymoon Suite: Up to 2 guests
Family Suite 6: Up to 4 adults and 2 children ages 11 or under

Is Playa Bonita Resort pet-friendly?

Yes! We welcome pets in designated rooms, so you can travel with your companion.
General guidelines include:

Maximum weight: 15 kg (30 lbs)
Fee: $70 USD per stay, taxes included
A current vaccination record is required
Service animals must provide official documentation

Pets must be kept under control at all times, using a leash and muzzle if necessary. For everyone’s comfort, pets are not allowed in areas such as the pool, lobby, or restaurant. Guests are responsible for pet-related cleaning and any damages.

Can I receive visitors during my stay?

To maintain a peaceful and safe environment for all guests, outside visitors are not permitted on the property. Access to hotel facilities is limited to registered guests only. If you need help adjusting your stay or have a special situation, our front desk team will be happy to assist you.
